Where do you ship from?
Chico Land products ship from two locations, depending on the item:
- United States – for faster domestic delivery
- China (international shipping) – shipped directly from our production partners
The shipping origin is clearly noted on each product page before purchase.
How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery time depends on where the item ships from:
- Ships from the U.S.: typically 3–7 business days
- Ships from China: typically 8–15 business days via international small parcel shipping
Tracking details will be sent once your order ships.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do
our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible—once an order is on the
way, changes may no longer be possible.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a
tracking email automatically with a tracking link.
What should I do if my package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received?
Occasional delays can happen. If something
doesn’t look right, reach out to us—we’re happy to help look into it with you.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery,
provided items are unused and in their original condition.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Simply contact us with your order number
and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.
Are any items final sale?
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible
for return or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected,
refunds are typically processed within 5–7
business days.
What if my item arrives damaged or incomplete?
Please let us know as soon as possible.
We’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement or refund.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping costs may apply unless the
return is due to a defect or shipping error.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and PayPal, along with other secure payment
methods available at checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted systems. We never store

When will my card be charged?
Your card is charged once your order is
successfully placed.
Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax is applied where required by law
and will be calculated at checkout.
Why was my payment declined?
This can happen for many reasons, such as bank authorization issues. If the problem
persists, we recommend checking with your payment provider.

Are Chico Land products safe and non-toxic for children?
All Chico Land clay products are non-toxic and designed for child-safe
creative play. Our products comply with ASTM F963-23, CPSIA, and are
supported by a valid CPC (Children’s
Product Certificate).
Are materials tested for harmful substances?
Yes. Materials are tested for safety,
including heavy metals and other restricted substances.

What age is this product suitable for?
Our clay kits are recommended for ages 4 and up.
Can younger children use it with supervision?
Yes. Younger children may enjoy the clay
with close adult supervision.
Is this a one-time activity or reusable?
All items in the kit are reusable when stored properly.
How long does the clay last once opened?
When kept sealed in the provided storage
bags, the clay remains soft and usable for extended periods.
Is this suitable for classrooms or group play?
Yes. The open-ended nature makes it
suitable for group settings, classrooms, and creative workshops.
🧼 Mess & Cleanup
Is the clay sticky?
No. The clay is designed to be non-sticky
and comfortable for little hands.
Will it stain clothes or furniture?
The clay is generally easy to clean. We
recommend play on washable surfaces and adult supervision.
How easy is it to clean up?
Cleanup is simple—just gather the clay and
store it back in the zip bags.
What if clay gets on fabric or carpet?
Let it dry slightly, then gently remove.
Most residue can be cleaned with mild soap and water.
Does the clay dry out?
Our clay uses a fast-setting formula, allowing creations to take shape more
quickly. Proper storage helps maintain its texture for future play.
